Stress, Part II

In looking for quotes about stress, I came across this one:

"There must be quite a few things that a hot bath won't cure, but I don't know many of them." ~Sylvia Plath, The Bell Jar

That would be more reassuring to me if it had been said by someone else. I like this one, though:

"Stress is an ignorant state. It believes that everything is an emergency. Nothing is that important. Just lie down."
