They are daft, though, aren't they? Our bedroom gets direct sun in the mornings, and there's usually one large patch on the carpet that The Mystenhoot both manage to squeeze into together. After a while, they'll get up panting because they're so roasting hot. Silly animals.

Very daft. One of our cats has a fondness in summer for laying under the rear end of my station wagon. Not all that clever...
