I want to avoid a long wait in between posts, yet I have nothing to say and am extremely tired. So, I choose to give a short explanation of "Serenity Now!"
On one Seinfeld episode, a few characters were supposed to say "Serenity now" when they were feeling stressed in order to calm themselves. It was not always effective.
